Natasha Dennerstein — Exit Diva — Tangerine Press
Natasha Dennerstein — Exit Diva — Tangerine Press
  • One edition: 53 numbered copies

A rarely seen short story from 2015 published in the UK for the first time.

"I start school in a worn, torn dress that Mamma fishes out of the Sally Ally’s freebie bin, down by the railway station at the back of the prison complex. I love that dress; it has strawberries on it. Even though the collar is frayed and there are coffee stains on the hem, I love that pretty dress. We live in the council flats where most residents have someone in prison: it’s very handy, not far to travel on visiting days."
