Arianna Reiche was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and moved to Scotland as a teenager. Her short-fiction has appeared in Ambit, Berlin’s SAND Journal, Popshot, Joyland, and Glimmer Train, who awarded her first prizein their 2017 Fiction Open. She also won the 2021 Tupelo Press Prose Prize, and was nominated for the 2020 Bridport Prize, as well as the PANK Magazine Book Contest. She has written features for New Scientist, Vogue, The Wall Street Journal, and ArtNews, and works on non-linear storytelling projects for video games. She lives in east London.
The Walking Wounded Series is an erratic beast. Titles will be released in sporadic bursts over the coming years. 53 titles by 53 different authors, in an edition of 53 numbered copies each. Any copies left unsold after 9 months (from date of issue) will be ceremonially burned and the ashes scattered into the River Wandle outside the Tangerine hq here in south London.
